The Honda Foundation Supports The Male Bag Foundation

The Male Bag Foundation received overwhelming support with 24 postie bike riders and 5 support crew hitting the road in September for the annual “The Male Bag Ride”.

Embarking on a 4-day ride through the Victorian high county, the ride’s aim is to raise awareness of men’s health and more specifically, raise money to purchase Transperineal biopsy machines for regional public hospitals to service public patients.

Since 2013, the Male Bag Foundation has raised $2 million and donated these much-needed machines to hospitals all over Australia.

This is the second consecutive year that The Honda Foundation has sponsored The Male Bag Foundation. Their mission and sheer focus on the awareness of prostate cancer is truly inspiring.

We wished them safe travels and a memorable ride across the 4 day journey through Euroa, Bright, Yackandandah, Beechworth, Myrtleford, Whitfield, and Benalla before returning to Melbourne.

Below are some images of the ride!
